After being on level 4000+, it’s dropped me down to level 1. HELP!!!!

I checked your game in our system and it is already saved to level 3235, but since the game starts on level 1 there seems to be some connection issue to the server.
Could you try with deleting and reinstalling the app and see if you get the levels back?
Delete the app and then restart the device.
Go to App Store and download the game again.
Open the game and connect to your King account.
Let us know how it goes!
