My guess is that slow internet may be the root cause of your problem. If you think that there is no problem with your internet source then you need to follow some troubleshooting steps of the browser.

If necessary you can reset the browser completely or you can check through another browser to see if you are having the same problem.

@Shifter If you have updated your browser and cleared you cache all you can do is try another browser, Download the windows 10 app as far mores table platform or contact customer support to see if they can help with your issue
