I have been playing Candy Crush Saga for YEARS--up to 4500+ levels. Now the game is broken!

When I try to log in, it wants me to go to FACEBOOK.

I don't USE facebook!! I use the same email I have had all along. It does not RECOGNIZE the email. I have tried to get help by sending a message to the game owners and they send me BOT replies that tell me to go to facebook.

This is absurd. I don't understand why they can send me answers to my problems at my usual email but do not RECOGNIZE me when I try to play the game.

I had to sign up again here to post a message! GRRR!

I get a red msg that says TRY AGAIN IN A BIT and this has been going on for days. Way to lose customers!

Unfortunately the error message you are receiving currently has no fix and all you can do is uninstall and reinstall the game. If a mobile device though you will LOSE any stored BOOSTERS and LIVES#

What about on a KINDLE or on a COMPUTER?

I can't believe this is happening. Do they wait until you're invested in the game and expect you to go back to level 1?

I guess you get what you pay for, and even if you buy boosters they don't care?

Kindle is a mobile device. you should not go back to level 1 all you should need to do is reinstall and sign in with your details and your progress should be back. If not let me know and will give you details to get your levels manually restored

Also if you had any unused purchased boosters then customer support would help you with these
