Why did all my boosters disappear?

I went to play this morning and all my boosters disappeared. At first my level progress did not even show but I backed out and went back in and my current level and gold bars appeared but all my boosters were gone, and I have A LOT. I will not be able to continue playing the game at my level without them.

Please help!

In the case of mobile devices the boosters are stored on the device itself, so if your device or game crashes, you uninstall or even change device. Your boosters are lost and are not recoverable / transferable. Only if you had any unused purchased boosters will Customer support help you with these
