Why did my boosters dissapear?

I played this morning and everything was normal and then about an hour later i get on and im signed out. I sign back in and it takes a few minutes and logging in and out a few times but i got my levels back. But all my boosters are still missing! Why would they just disappear? And what can i do to get them back? I am on my right account and have signed in multiple times already.
