Hi and Thank You Alienscar. Do you know the reason why in Candy Crush there are chances to win a prize for more than 5 days if you play daily but I usually play at least 3 times a day and always only get the day 1 prize?

Can you provide a screenshot of which feature you are having trouble with @slymystery? I am not too sure which feature you are referring to from your description.

I think you might be referring to the Daily Treat Calendar, and if this is the case then there is a known issue with the Calendar that causes the Calendar to reset to day one. A fix for the issue is being looked at, but at the moment there is nothing you can do to fix the issue yourself.
