I got a new phone and it shows my last level but all my boosters and events are gone. Can I get them back?

@Chardonnay If you change a mobile device and are loget thru Facebook you will be in the corect level, will have the Gold Bars but the lives and booster from old device will be lost.

Like mentioned, Boosters and Lives do not transfer between devices, but you can still use the Boosters on your old device.

If you had any purchased items on your old device, please email Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center on the new device so they can resend the purchases to your new phone.
