Candy Crush: Lost all my boosters today!
Turned on my tablet as usual, was already logged in, spun the wheel and won a booster. But what's this? Now I have no other boosters (I don't know what they're all called), only the one that I just won, that's all! I don't recall how many I had when I played last night, but now they are ALL zero except the one I just won. I logged out and back in but that didn't change. Strangely enough I still have all my gold bars and my progress. Please restore my boosters.

Please go to the inventory and everything is stored. Please update your game and clear the cache. Then play a level and the game updates and everything could be there. Were the boosters free? If you bought boosters, I could help you further. Please get in touch! thanks

Please try logging out and back in and see if this resolves you issue, if not unfortunately in the case of mobile devices the boosters are stored on the device itself. So if your device or game crashes, you uninstall or even change device, your boosters are lost / not transferable. Only if you had any unused purchased boosters can you contact customer support and they should help you with these

Hi and Welcome to our Community
Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels.
It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play. and save your game in Facebook and King Account.
