That screenshot is not current right? Also, you can't contact support? And why wouldn't you be able to play even if you don't have GB? Everyone can play without GB 🤷 I do it myself. If the system says you have them, they are there. Take a current screenshot.
@Sukanta_Biswas I checked the game ID and for some reason, it changed.
My original Game ID is 10051974578. I don’t know why that changed even though I was logged in for a long time. I’ll let @Crazy Cat Lad look into this and see if he can do something about it.
And @hechicerilla, I took that screenshot on Sunday. My rank has been reset from somewhere in the 100s to 1. That’s disappointing. The levels are getting so much harder, and I’ve been playing the same level many times without using anything.
Player Support doesn’t have the necessary information I need to fix this problem, so that’s why I couldn’t rely on the bot technology. I hope my problem gets fixed soon, otherwise I’ll have to go on another long hiatus.
