Help! My Gold Bars are gone!

I just came back after months of not playing and suddenly, all of my gold bars are gone!

Not only that, but my rank went back to 1 as well! What happened that caused me to lose all of my precious gold bars? I still have my boosters, which is good, but now I cannot continue playing without any gold bars!

Can someone help me with this? I appreciate any help from anyone.

    Hi @candycrushinit

    Make sure Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.and play any level your rank will be back .

    Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels.

    It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play. and save your game in Facebook and King Account.

    My gold Bars also gone . Why ?

    Give me back all gold Bars.

    Hi @candycrushinit !

    I checked your account in our system and there I could see that your Gold Bars are still on your game account, but your game hasn't been connected to your King account since January 2021.

    Please make sure the game is properly connected and that it's connected to the correct account.

    Hello 👋

    Welcome to the sweet King Community.

    Please do these steps:

    - check that the browser and the game are up to date.

    - close session.

    - clear cache.

    - reboot the device.

    - log in.

    If after this your GB does not appear, you must send a message to technical support directly from your game, since from the Community we cannot manage this.

    @Crazy Cat Lad I logged in and out of my King account many times, and they still didn’t come back. My rank stays the same. The app has been updated and I don’t know what to do now. I can’t play if I don’t have any gold bars.

    Have you tried logging in to a different device to see if it still has the same issue. Strange if they are showing in the system

    @Freddy_ I only play on mobile. I’ll wait for @Crazy Cat Lad to give further instructions to fix this problem. I hope he’s not too busy...

    @candycrushinit Please email Player Support so they can take a closer look at this. Something weird has happened since all your Gold Bars are in your account in the system, but shows that you have been inactive since January.

    Email them from then Settings and Help Center in the map's upper right corner so Player Support receives all Player data. Let them also know that your Gold Bars are on the account with Game ID 10051974578.

    @Crazy Cat Lad I cannot find anything related to my problem. The bot is no help at all.
