Hi, for some reason does my game not work anymore. I do not get the Fantastic Five back. I also left my friends but they still show up on my game.
Can I delete my game and start a new one with the same E-mail addresse or can it be reset and will then work correct?
Any help is appreciated.

You can uninstall and reinstall and it should solve any issues you are having but if it is a mobile device you will LOSE any stored BOOSTERS or LIVES
or alternatively you can get your game reset to level 1 by customer support, but this is not guarenteed to get your game to work correctly. unless you do the uninstall as well

Thank you for the answer. I can not delete and reinstall the app because other family members using my pc and mobil.
Can Support just delete my game and King account?

Of course you can delete your game account, but to do so you need to contact our player support. You can contact Player Support from the Games menu, you can also contact Player Support by clicking HERE.
