unable to log in

Hi there

I was unable to login using my email address/facebook on my account.

my email address: zeulalee1234@gmail.com.

did try to change my password and did work, but still not able to save my progress using facebook nor email address.

It's been over a week still said the connection are not available and try later

Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.

Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

If the problem remains the same, you need to follow the steps below.

If he tips above from @kiara_wael do not solve your issue, then unfortunately if the error is like below, there is no fix for this at present and all you can do is uninstall and reinstall the app. If you do this on a mobile device though you will LOSE any stored BOOSTERS and LIVES
