At the moment I am playing on a desk top computer. If I buy a lap top computer will I still be able to play my current game level with all boosters and gold bars etc in tact?

    if you are playing on win 10 and the new laptop is win 10 then you should not have any issues it is when you start changing platforms is when it does not always update correctly.

    Make sure to log in with the same user ID and password on the new machine as you did on the desktop.

    If you play game by connecting with Facebook or King Account, your Gold Bars and Boosters are save in Windows 10

    I logged into my King account and downloaded CCS but I have gone from 48 to 1 and level 2171 to 1. I still have my gold bars but have lost all my boosters and the F5 function of which I am the Team Owner. HELP.

    Hi, hopefully you still have access to the desktop the first thing you want to do is go to the settings then click on account settings then double click on the king logo above your account it should then display your king account ID number, open the laptop and do the same, do the account ID numbers match? Start there.

    Have you installed Windows 10 app?

    Boosters are device specific and can't be synced between devices like Gold Bars and game progress. Also, boosters are items which are saved directly on your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. Unfortunately however, as they are saved directly to your device, sometimes by deleting and reinstalling the game or with an update of either your device's operating system or of the game itself, the boosters can be lost. You cannot transfer boosters stored on your phone to any laptop platform.

    However, since you have logged in to the game on your laptop and got the Gold bars back, that is, you have logged in correctly, but since you are back to Level 1, restart the app and see if you get your game progress back.

    As soon as the game progresses back, you will get back the Fantastic Five feature.

    @LyndallD Hi and welcome,

    I have moved my progress from multiple laptops and never had an issue with my game syncing across and all my progress and items being there. are you playing on the same platform you were playing on you PC ie you have not changed from say Facebook to windows 10 app

    Seems very strange that your gold bars are correct but you have no levels or boosters. would try both the tips above but would try checking your Game ID first.

    I play CCS through Win 10 on my desk top and have CCS and my King A/C synced. Maybe I downloaded the game wrong onto my laptop. It does say my name but all progress has been lost except for the gold bars. Maybe I need a specific link to download onto my laptop?

    @LyndallD Hi,

    Guess you downloaded from the microsoft store so should not be an issue with this

    Try logging out of you desktop to make sure you game is saved and then back in to make sure you progress shows correctly.

    Then do the same on your laptop after see if you get any joy

    @Freddy_ I downloaded CCS from Microsoft store. The good news is I have all my gold bars and boosters back. The bad news is I am back at Level 5 instead of 2241. At least I have my F5 Team back.

    That still doesn't make sense, it is great you got your boosters and f5 team back but your levels should have updated as well? write down your user ID and then go here https://soporto.king.com/contact and tell them your issue the kind people here are just the community trying to help the best they can this link is king customer service
