My boosters are gone when I connect to Facebook

Level 2

I’ve been playing Candy Crush Saga while connected to Facebook for several years. Recently I’ve had to delete the Candy Crush app due to some issues. While connected to Facebook, I have several hundred of each booster. After I redownloaded the Candy Crush Saga app and reconnected to Facebook, my progress on the board is still there, but I’ve lost all of my boosters. I’ve tried to delete the app and redownload it, but every time I try to connect to Facebook, my boosters still won’t appear, yet I know I haven’t used them. Is there anything else I can do on my end, or is there anyone on the Candy Crush team that can help me with this issue? Every time I try to contact someone, I never hear back from them. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

    Hi and Welcome to our Community

    Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels.

    It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play. and save your game in Facebook and King Account.

    @Britney_Connelly Hi and welcome

    Unfortunately as explained above if you play on a mobile device the boosters are stored on the device itself so uninstalling the app would cause you to lose your boosters. The one thing we try to advise is only do an uninstall if totally necessary as this happens. These cannot be replaced and only if you had any unused purchased boosters would customer support help you with these.

    When you contact support you should get an automated response, check your spam folder as sometimes it ends up in there, you then need to respond to that automated email

    Thank you
