My favourite dish has different names, depending where you live and if you’re french or english, cipaille ( english) or cipâte ( in french) also called pâté du Lac St-Jean. You can make it with potatoes ( french vs) or not ( english) It’s a mix of different meats with dough in the middle and on top and slow cooked for at least 7-8 hours, sooooo good

I prefer with potatoes 😋

I have to tell you that this time my mouth is watering. 🤣 These have all been interesting topics and thanks for the variety of subjects and interests...but since I have been sick I haven't been able to have just anything to eat. ☹️ Well that's going to end to this weekend, I am going to have some ribs.🤸 I love both, spare or short and at home I do make to-die-for short ribs, so tender, melt in your mouth and,flavorful...you will want thirds. 🤗 Usually when in the mood for spare ribs I get baby back at Chili's.
