Anybody know how to fix not being able to send lives or receive requests?

I used to be able to receive requests from friends and send lives, and now I don't receive any requests and I cannot find a way to send lives at all. The envelope is still there, but nothing happens if I click it. I've tried on both my computer and my phone. If someone sends me request I never see it. Any suggestions?

If your game is disconnected from the server, you will not be able to exchange lives and your envelope will not work if there is no message in the envelope. In this case you can try to find a solution by following the simple troubleshooting steps below.

Check app update - Log out game - Restart device - Open game and Log in. (For phone app or Windows 10 app)

If you receive an error message while following the steps above, keep a screenshot of it.

Also if you are playing the game through Facebook and your app activity is blocked or expired, you will face this problem. In that case you need to renew the app permission and you will find the details in the link below.
