Hi, I'm having problems connecting to the store in game.

It's just at this loading screen infinitely. I'm assuming that's where I would spend my gold bars, however because of this problem I'm not able to spend them at all.😔 So is there anyway you can help me?

Looks like you may have the long standing connection issue.

Try checking your device and game are up to date, log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if this resolves your issue

If not i fear you may need to do an uninstall , but as this is a mobile device you would LOSE any stored BOOSTERS and LIVES

I would try customer support first to see if they can help with the issue, but it may be the same result
