All boosters are GONE!

I am currently on level 9303, had 36 color bombs, several striped candies and a few specials. I updated my iPhone to iOS 14.7.1 and suddenly ALL of my boosters are gone. I’m beyond frustrated. From reading similar threads, my boosters cannot be recovered. How can I get them back?!!!

In the case Phone, your collected booster is stored in phone memory. This stored booster can not be synced with the server, because the game studio still does not have this process.You will not be able to transfer the boosters to another device, you will lose the complete booster for app uninstalling or crashing.

Since boosters are stored locally on device memory, we cannot guarantee that your boosters are secure.

In short you cannot get your boosters back on a mobile device and only if you had any unused purchased boosters would customer support be able to help you with these

@TracylBean83 If you purchased any of your boosters King Support will be able to help you. Articles you can find in the Help Center state that any free boosters that are lost will not be returned. If all of your lost boosters were free ones it might still be worth you contacting King Suport just in case they are feeling generous though.

Hi. All my boosters have just suddenly disappeared tonight . Is this a fault? Will they be restored anytime soon? 😫😫

😀….well the good news is my boosters reappeared 👍🏽 and now they keep coming and going. Must be some sort of glitch which I hope they get sorted. Good luck everyone in getting yours back 😊
