what happen to my gold bars?

I just finish level 9981 through level 9985 i was first but i didn't get my 25 gold bars the flag just disappear can you help Jim

I'm afraid that the community doesn't deal with missing rewards @Jim_Karales! 😟 For that, you'll have to contact support using the link below.
As for the problem with the race, make sure that your game is updated.

This week have not Episode Race ,The Episode Race is a bonus feature and all bonus features are not always guaranteed to be in your game. The features are given to randomly selected groups of people so this will mean your not in that group now but you could be in the future.

the bonus feature was in my game i click the flag i started playing level 9981 and i play level 9981-9995 look like i make a mistake on my question i played level 9981-9995

If you had the feature and did not receive the gold bars you will need to contact customer support. As the community can not deal with missing reward issues as explained by @arwen777
For any missing rewards
Please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email
or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this
