Account synced to someone else’s Facebook account after reinstalling Candy Crush app

Hi,

I reinstalled Candy Crush mobile app on my phone and tried to log in through my Facebook account like how I used to. However, it kept connecting to someone else’s Facebook and it’s in Spanish (see below screenshot) How do I connect to my Facebook and keep my progress? I completed more than 9800 levels and were waiting for new levels to be available. Thanks in advance for your help!
