About having to put in your d.o.b, well I had trouble as well. If you use the arrows to take you to year/month/day then continue box wont change to green. You have to type in in each one the year then month then day (as a 2 fig number ), it will then turn green and you can proceed, as I have just discovered ! I too used the arrows to start with !!!
