I'm not sure which device or platform you're playing on and these would be great details to provide for all forums, though, clearing caches is helpful and see here, it might help?

Also check for updates in the App Store or Google Play Store and check device software is updated also.

2GB minimum available space is also recommended so housekeeping your device is always good every now and again 👍
