Hello
i have been a loyal player of candy crush from the date it was launched.. game is fun, stress Buster etc etc was all good until over day suddenly all my bonus features were missing. Its been 2 years since i haven't received a single bonus features. I have contacted the developers, started a discussion before here too, but it seems no one is able to help, i appears her the same answer saying it's been tested on a group of players. Past 2 years i am getting the same reply. It's ridiculous that no one can help me,? I have actually uninstalled and reinstalled the game number of times but its just the same.. highly disappointed ☹️

What challenges or events did you not get? The features are not always guaranteed to be in your game. The features are given to randomly selected groups of people so this will mean your not in that group now but you could be in the future.

Thanks @shashirk I was asking about your purchases as it is often mentioned on here that if you make any kind of monetary purchase then you lose any/all ways of winning free boosters.

That is an interesting point you have highlighted there. Candy Crush is just a match three game, so in theory it shouldn't require boosters to play. Playing the game is all that most people want to do, but by arbitrarily removing moves from levels the designers have taken away the skill element and made Candy Crush all about waiting for the lucky board. In turn this has made boosters a vital part of the game for many people. Mostly the need for boosters is like you say just to prevent boredom setting in.
Unfortunately whilst the designers are happy to make the game more challenging for people by removing moves they haven't seen fit to balance that out by providing a chance for everyone to win boosters.
Overall this poor design strategy has resulted in a lot of players just like you.
The unfortunate truth is that whilst you don't like Kiara's answer about 'test' features that is actually the official stance of King.
You should ask yourself this question. If the game is so boring why have you continued to play it for two years since you lost all of your bonus features?

i haven't made any such purchases.
thinng is the game was launched almost 10 years back. So i have been playing past ten years. Which means i am use to the game with bonus features abd collecting boosters. On this date am on level 10k. And when you suddenly loose those bonus features the game becomes boredom

i am playing from my iphone and ipad. I have uninstalled and reinstalled my game infinite number of times. I have updated my phone and ipad and the game to the latest version. Have also tried troubleshooting almost everyday past 2 years in the hope that today maybe a good day !!!
