That could work, but then the device(s) would still be tagged; so perhaps trying that on a formatted device (or one that hasn't been used on the game before) could do the trick.

But starting all over after nearly doing 10K levels, ouch!

why start all over again..?? My game is saved with facebook and king... so once i login to my account i'll get the level back.. aint it ??

Well, the other player suggested you try playing some levels without signing in.

And you've mentioned already doing all the troubleshooting you can think of; but since those features are still missing after two years, they're not gonna return on your tagged account there...
