Server issues.

Hi,

For the last few days, when I try an open my chocolate box all I get is this.

"The server can not be contacted."

Any Ideas?

I was hoping to Email direct however when I try support I just end up in a chat with a bot.

Again any ideas.

This issue has been reported , meanwhile Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.

Hi @Moose1959 All I can think of is that the developers behind these new events are not completing any quality checks before releasing them. The issue you mention has also affected Sam Streak. It has been mentioned for Sam's Streak that if you have access to a Win10 app this might help, so maybe that will work for you if you have access to Win10.
