I received a voicemail telling me not to use or purchase from my apple devices until I talked to someone from apple support I tried to call back that number and it said it was not a working number I did ask support earlier a question regarding my candy crush saga fast raise not giving the correct amount of bars it gave me 5 instead of 25 that started after my granddaughter accidentally deleted some of my apps

Since all purchases need to be requested and then also confirmed. You will also need to enter your password, pin or similar to get the purchase go through, for this reason accidental purchases do not usually get refunded.
You can reach out directly to Apple, Google etc depending on what device you play on and ask if they can refund the purchase, but please be aware that they may deny your request of the reasons above.
