For at least a week now one of my devices says that there is no internet connection. My game and OS are up to date, I am connected to the internet, I have tried on several different wifi networks, I have cleared the cache and restarted my phone. I put in 2 help requests, responded to the automated email with screenshots as it instructed and have yet to actually receive help. I just keep getting redirected to go to the community. None of the FAQs help. I don't want to uninstall/reinstall my game as that would lose all my boosters on this device. I am actually very surprised there is no way to back up boosters, it leaves players with no other option but to uninstall/reinstall with nothi
ng but frustration.
@IWantAnswers I'm afraid that unless you respond to the emails from support above the line they point out, you'll continue getting these automated messages.

Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

I cannot log out of the game because it won't let me login to the game. I have cleared the cache, restarted phone many times, it doesn't work.

The above troubleshooting steps will not work because your game app is corrupted, also you will not be able to log out. To get the solution you need to reinstall the game app but uninstalling the app will cause you to lose all stored booster.
