@Rhondanell Hey yâall I love Sweet Potato Pie!!! Yall can have the pumpkin pie in the south (TEXAS) it is sweet potato pie for the win! Want to try it? Exchange the pumpkin in ANY of your pumpkin pie recipe for sweet potatoes! Itâs that simple whether itâs fresh or canned change it out part for part! Add a little extra dash of pumpkin pie spice in the mix at the end to top your pie before you put it in the oven. Bake in the oven same temp and time (itâs to be the same consistency when done) so if you add time do it in 5min intervals. This pie is slightly darker and not as sweet as your traditional pumpkin pie. However the sweet potato gives it a richer taste! Enjoy and let me know if you try it out!!

Slightly thaw 2pints of your favorite ice cream flavor, then scoop a couple of cups of cool whip into itâŠâŠ (Add any of your favorite ice cream toppings in the âmixâ now too)âŠ*Blend it all together* Then pour your âmixâ into a gram cracker or Oreo cookie pie crust⊠(Thatâs up to you depending on what flavor profile you want) Top your âpieâ sprinkle with any toppings that you love â-( I sprinkle/top my pie with more crushed cookie or candy crumbs here)âŠ.Then freeze your uncovered pie for at least two hours⊠(You can make 2 days prior) Remember to keep frozen, only allow to thaw slightly before serving use a hot knife to cutâŠ. there yâall have it.. A Pie..Well itâs an Ice cream pie!
