Lost my lives

I had 549 lives built up and they are all gone! I also cannot fond my group 😡😡😡😡. Will my lives come back??? Will I get my group back??? Please Help!

Lives received from Facebook friends are notifications sent in Facebook. They're held in your profile and delivered into the game once per notification.

This means that if you update Facebook, change your profile, reinstall the Facebook app or even update its app software, those Facebook notifications may get lost, as they've been delivered and cleared from the queue. While it is possible to store in-game messages from your friends, due to these factors outside our control, we cannot guarantee that they will remain on your device indefinitely.

Lives can also be lost through an update to the game, your own device or by restarting your device, which clears a certain amount of memory, depending on your device. We therefore recommend limiting the number of messages and lives that you save; a full mailbox can also affect the functionality of the game.

I did nothing to any of it and all of my lives are gone because of this problem not because of something i did. I did not do any of the above mentioned.

Lives is temporary items of the game, moreover the Lives may disappear for various reasons and this is the subject you got in detail in the above statement.

Anyway can you tell me the name of the group you lost or can you show me a screenshot of the group?

Lives in Facebook are just notifications and they may disappear for all kinds of reasons. One good reason is when the server of the game's owner crashes unannounced. This server crash and subsequent reboot will wipe out any memory of your temporary game items.

You definitely haven't lost your lives because of anything you did, but King never replace any free items as far as I can see.
