Enable the usage of special move after moves are used up.

A thousand times, I have not use up some of my special moves/effects but because I do not have any more moves, I got ejected. I am suggesting that it will be nice to have extra room for one to try winning using the special gifts or effects won over time before quitting a level.

I think it is already being collected and if you spend GB on it you will get more movements.
