May I ask if you received it in your game or did you earn one of the badges from here in the Candy Crush Saga community?
King has experienced issues with their server and repairs completed on Oct 27. It is my understanding that it may take time for the system to fully reactivate.
I have been following the information in the link below. It is many pages long
