Can't use my Power Pop

I can't use my Power Pop booster, I have the the box with the ice cream van and when I got into it there is no use now button. Also when I win a level I am getting fruit segments for my power pop, but don't know how to get to it to use it. Any suggestions

With regards to the fruit segments you need to collect ten wafers, or five fruit before you can use them

thanks, I checked this out as well earlier, but I just don't have a use now button, so can't do anything not even purchasing for 9 bars comes up. My daughter game is fine

Is the van on your map @kiwiwendy? If it is you need to click on that first I think. It will then show you how many wafers and fruit you have collected.

The Use button will only show up if you have enough fruit

I am not on my game at the moment, so I am trying to remember the details, and not doing very well sorry.

No problem, any help will do, no that was the other thing no ice cream van on my map. I have been using my daughters game as a guideline, she doesn't have the option of winning fruit segments though. We have three different candy crush games being played in our household, confusing at times :-)

I wouldn't swear to it @kiwiwendy but not having the van is probably the problem. I think the Power Pops are only active whenever the van appears. In my game the van doesn't appear that often, and it only shows up when the level is covered in ice on the map

Yeah, I kind of thought that may have something to do with it, ill just keep playing and see what happens...thank you
