Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again. and please check this page
I play on a laptop restarted and still the same thing,I play 1 game I have too log out to play a next game
also on my phone,same ting happened,I am stuck!
Every time I get to the end of the game (loosing) I get this screen and it sticks there. I have tried restarting my phone and I can attempt the level again then it sticks. I've also tried reinstalling which was very annoying because I lost all my boosters and its still sticking. Please help. thanks

When I'm done with one game, the screen freezes, goes dim, and doesn't load a new game. I have to get out of the game and restart each time. It's been doing it for a few hours now.
This is what the screen looks like when I'm waiting for it to start a new game.

I'm having the same issue, just started today. I'm guessing they did some kind of update. No, those steps they give above didn't help. Very annoying, i hope they fix it soon.
