Lost all of my pre-game and in-game boosts because I tried to delete the app and reinstall it after hearing there was an updated version of the app (didn’t show there was an update but thought maybe reinstalling it would give me that latest issue) that apparently fixed the chocolate box issue, but when it’s reloaded I’ve lost absolutely loads of the boosts I had. Made me stop playing now for the past 2 weeks as it’s deflating to lose a lot of what you’ve worked for.
Is there any way to get those back since I’ve essentially lost them trying to fix a problem King have created themselves and told us was fixed, which made me feel I had to try something else to fix mine. Feel it should’ve been communicated somewhere that doing that loses everything

Unfortunately I think you may be out of luck from losing them that way :( They are locally stored on your device, so there is no memory of them anymore. Sorry about that!

Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels.
It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play. and save your game in Facebook and King Account.
