I can't proceed to the next level despite all efforts.

I had finished 2570 level, but can't proceed. I've uninstalled, reinstalled the App, clear caches, yet, I can't proceed to 2571.

I think I had played 2571 but instead to move forward, it's taking me back to 2570. Please help. Is there any issues?

Sorry this has happened to you but there are a few reasons that can cause this and unfortunately all you can do is replay the level again. please see post below for complete information

If you pass a level but do not reach the until Next button, the level will not be complete, that is, the level will not be registered as a pass.

Also show me a screenshot of your current game map to see if there are any other problems.
