There are a lot of issues with the game now. I cannot collect prizes. My reward information isn’t updating. My gold bars are not being added to my game. And I think I am being double charged for my purchases. The last time the game got like this, I quit playing because I spent too much money to be cheated. What’s going on?

The screen shots are from all stats features and there are no rewards given from those.
The issue of the Weekly Contest not updating has already been reported and is being investigated as you can see in the discussion I have linked below
If you find that your Weekly Contest is stuck on zero then I have found that signing out of your game, restarting your device, and then signing back into your game works to get the Weekly Contest working again.
Gold bars from the Chocolate Box (when it worked) not being added to your game was also a known issue, and could be resolved just by closing your game browser window and then starting the game again.
Any other gold bars not received should be reported to Player Support.
As for being charged double for your purchases you will have to conact your store provider (Google, Apple, etc.) as this comunity cannot help with purchase issues. Alternatively you can contact Player Support.
