Playing and I do not manage to make it.
This starts and I have the spinning wheel! Not able to reach the alternative to choose like look at add or use gold bars.
A other problem could be thar I start the add and then not able to come back to CCS, it starts to loop and open up my Google play app.
Ok, I have moped away all cach in both CCS and in Play and restarted the phone. Hard boot also. This started around like 2 weeks ago.π€·ββοΈI cant find out what it is....it is almost all time now when playing...

After making sure that both your device and game app are up to date and have cleared βcache / historyβ, I see no other alternative at present than to reinstall the game app in hopes of a resolve. This would be my last resort.
Please note and practice caution: By uninstalling the game app will cause you to lose all stored Lives, unsaved levels, and maybe gold bars.

That thing happened to me too, when my phone was on low memory that my game canβt upgrade.. Check also the memory status of your phone, if not, do the initial troubleshoot by turning off and on your phone, have an upgrade of your game β¦ Then the ads to give more moves will come back soon.

Hello Kiwi2018, unfortunately what you describe is a long running issue that has been occurring to some players since Feb 2020. At the moment there is no fix for the issue, but it is being investigated.

Thank you! Ahhh, ok, rebot the phone is done i two different ways as Samsung showed last year when they had a bug. I am pretty good on keeping memory in good shape, half empty, and upgrade done the latest of the phone and also the app.
Cleaned even more now so I will give it a goπ€π€

I may have found the issue....in my case.
I could see that it was same add in Google play that accure. When I cleaned the cash in GPlay and changed to "App" veiw it stoped.
My "feeling" is that it was a add linked in to GPlay that hocked and did a loop.....
Played now for 2 hours an it is working wellππββοΈ
