Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.
Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
Hi Danny, yes Candy Crush is still suffering from some problems.

Playing game on Windows 10 desktop computer.
Login problems: NO CONNECTION;
Candy Crush Saga plays with limited functions;
Daily treat machine works
Candy chronicles works
Fantastic five has been locked up for several days; showing numbers from time of lock up.
Daily Wins works.
Nothing else displays.
Leader boards;
Current level tracks my wins but does not keep other players current.
Levels this week and Rank screens are blank.
Most problems seem to be related to not being able to log in.
