I didn't recive the goldbars when completing "National candy day" event.

As you can see from the screenshots I completed the event and should have recieved 100 goldbars as price.

When I clicked on the goldchest in the game the web page open with my results. And it says (in swedish...) that I should recieve 100 goldbars for finish all 4 tasks. The text also says that I should get the goldbars automatically in my game. But as you can see there are no new 100 goldbars in my game (only the 13 I already had).

And in the last picture you can see that the goldchest has disappeard from the game so I can't go to the web page with my results.

Can you please help me with this.

Hi there, this has happened to some others... It is a new feature that is still under testing to some degree.

When I emailed regarding the exact same issue, I was told that it was a due to a glitch or a connection error and there was nothing they could do to help me. No offer to simply add the gold bars to my account or anything. I made an effort to finish all those challenges and have now resigned myself to getting nothing that was promised. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

@Glenn1972 Thank you very much for your answer! Very helpful 😊 I didn't know where to send/post my question. I did send my question and screenshots to player support. After some more discussion with them I recieved my 100 goldbars!

No me dieron mis 20 lingotes de oro.. después de terminar el desafío que acabo...no recuerdo cómo se llama...estaba en el equipo Tiffi y gano..solo me dieron la caja del 2do lugar...cuando decían que a todos les darían los 20 lingotes..
