I started Level 3363 today, and there is no music during game play. There's music before and music after, my settings are on for music & sound but no music while I'm playing. I like music while I'm playing.

Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.
Well thank goodness I would say! Haha, the music is so annoying! But if you do like it. Try clearing a level and see what happens? Good luck!

If on a mobile would you try this please -> Force Close your game App and restart your device making sure to leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds before turning it back on again.
Thanks Glenn...I'm on a laptop Win10 MSIE (but it's the same issue with Chrome) Today when I clicked on my Candy Crush shortcut on FB I got "connection has reset" and I had to go to the Candy Crush page and hit "play game" in order to play.
Still no music during Game Play only between rounds. AND I get lives from MYSELF! What's going on?

I have also read that Facebook is having issues
It is my understand that the Candy Crush Saga Team continues to investigate and fix some related issues that may cause these "hopefully" temporary issues

3 weeks later and still no music that we've had for YEARS! Those who don't like it have the ability to turn it off...but those who DO like it...tough.
A month now. If it's not coming back then tell us and I won't bother to play anymore. I'm stuck on a level that I would normally buy boosters for, but why other?

On which device or platform did you encounter this problem? (If it is a game app, specify the app version)
Did you encounter such problems at this particular level or did you encounter the same problems at each level?
Are you trying to find a solution by logging out of the game app and logging in again?
