Error in videos

Whenever i click on ad videos..it goes automatically off ..even when i am click on extra moves the same thing happen..automatically app closed

Hi, I and many others have complained about this more times than I can count. King know about it but won't correct it. Unfortunately I don't know the answer just that it is making the game very very boring.

Carol is right @meghajain123 issues caused by adverts have been going on for a long time. All we can do to stop our games crashing is not to play the adverts.

Alienscar , I agree best not to play adverts if you don't want your game to keep crashing. I find it it near on impossible though not to click the play button. You can only get boosters on Sweet Cinema by watching an add and when offered extra moves by watching an advert I can't help myself. To be honest they should just fix it. As I've said to Customer Services many times, companies are paying to have their adverts seen, are they getting their monies worth.
