I've done everything they suggest and have only been able to actually get calendar and open door for prize one time. Should have been able to open door and receive at least 10 or so times. It does get frustrating when there are constant issues. Never any issue in monies coming out of your account. I like playing and enjoy the challenge but I'm all about fair play. It would be nice to feel heard and receive due rewards and progress in fixing issues. Oh well, it feels like a waste of time to even complain anymore.

No advent calendar here either. I’ve done everything suggested more than once. When you spend so much money playing, it would be nice to get the freebies too!

Calendar Day 16 , Is not the correct reward to pass 4 new levels in first try, for one colour bomb and fish. But it was the same mission for The Chocolate Box.
