When watching adverts my screen goes blank and candy saga freezes

This is a temporary problem. please check your game is up to date and if playing via an internet browser clear your cache. the log out and restart your device and then log back in
Also make sure you have at least 2gb of storage space on your device

Hello @futymed the issue of adverts causing a player's screen to go blank has been going on for a year now. The issue is currently being investigated, but no solution has been provided as yet
Clearing your app cache and/or browser history can help, but it isn't guaranteed to help.
Sometimes the issue only affects some adverts, so you might find the issue solved itself when the adverts change.
