The Tree topper feature works for some and not for others. This has been reported to our Candy Crush Saga game team. More can be read about that HERE

For your missing rewards you can email Player Support directly from the game or you can contact them Here, please include you game ID

You may try some trouble shooting on your end to see if that brings you a resolve

Please log out, update your game App, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.

Welcome to the King Community.

Boosters from Tree Topper will be visible in your inventory as soon as you claim the reward so you need to make sure you claimed the boosters. Even if you collect some boosters on the Tree Topper, you can lose the entire boosters because there is a risk in each step.

I guess you collected some boosters on the tree topper event but you couldn't claim them🙈
