So I have been asking for lives don't understand how to add friends but other than that how is everyone holiday season so far mine is okay my newborn is super cranky

You can ask to need more lives to your friends (players) when you don't have lives left. Then you can also click on Mail/Indox icon when your friends (players) send/ask lives to you on this game.
You can also send lives to your friends (players) from pop-up of send lives' notification when you start playing this game. And also send lives to them on leaderboard when you complete any levels. 😊
