The last 2 times I have purchased the “10 gold option” ($1.99), it has charged my card $5.97. Is anyone else having these issues? Who do I contact for a refund?
I would look into what candy crush takes from you all to be certain they aren’t stealing from you too!!

Sounds like you play on an Apple device and Apple have merged various purchases from all your apps in one single transaction instead charging them one by one.
Apple may merge all your purchases from the same week or weeks in all your games and apps in one single big charge instead of charging your card one by one.
Have you checked the total amount on the receipt in your Apple-ID to see if it matches the amount you have been charged?
