Sam's streak bug

Sam's streak is very buggy...

Attached grabs will tell that first after winning 15 boards continuously, since the streak activated, I got only 50 points. (The second grab shows my win streak at 50).

Then after winning the 16th I get dropped down to 10

Go figure...

Thanks for a reply, but what I am experiencing doesn't seem to be a connection issue...

Also this issue is from September... It's been some time 😔

Hello @manavision you aren't the only one to have experienced their Sam's Streak losing points. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a fix for the issue yet, or even an acknowledgment that the issue exists. All you can do is carry on and hope things improve.

I had this issue once before around the same time, but did not report it as there was no capture as proof.

Guess my only chance of winning a pinata goes down the drain.

Is there anyway the tech can restore or compensate...

@manavision whether or not the tech team can restore/compensate you for the faulty feature depends on who you listen to. I believe the official statement is that King do not replace any items lost if they were won through the game. On the other hand I have read posts from some people that say King are very good at giving you a few boosters if you complain.

Your screenshots should help a lot.

Well the streak reset again today... And this is after clearing 3 boards
