Timed Rewards

Please consider making the timed rewards timer count down only when in the game. Too often I have had to leave the game because of work or other activity and I loose a lot f my rewards because I couldn’t continue play before the time was up. I would really appreciate your consideration of this.

Hello @Laura0207, I agree that the timed boosters are frustrating and it would be really helpful if they only counted down whilst the game is open.

Unfortunately ideas related to timed boosters have been banned by the Master List of Ideas, as you can see below.

All timers in the game are counting real time and not playing time. Just like the Lives, they will keep reloading even though you are not logged in the game.
