On level 10747, when I look at videos that have beaten that level they all start with 32 moves. How come when I start that level I only have 21 moves. That makes this level impossible.

Unfortunately , Level 10747 changed with hard level and 21 moves . There is a Discussion that asks for feedback on this level, so maybe you could try leaving your feedback here.
