We here in the Community can not help you with in game features as this is a King Games issue...although you can contact (Player Support) they are located on the right side of the screen under (Categories) scroll down until you see (Support) then click on (Support) when the screen comes up follow the instructions and enter your email address and explain your issues or problems and then send it and someone from Support will contact you through your email address and help you with your issues......
